The Leixlip Dental Centre will reopen On Monday 22nd February for routine dental general practice.

The present Covid surge has been well managed by the HSE. The present community Covid infection levels will pose less significant management problems to keep dental staff and patients safe and well.

The HSE are doing their best to get vaccines to front line health care workers. We hope to get our vaccination shots in the next week or so so that we can do our jobs safely and effectively.

The KEY Clinical Objective as soon as we can get vaccinated is to keep patients with routine dental emergencies out of the hospital system and complete their treatment safely in the community.

Hopefully with vaccinations against Covid-19 we will be back to some degree of normality in February 2021.

Our dental team vaccinated will provide another layer of security with our other usual cross infection controls such as masks, social distancing hand washing etc. These measures will help to prevent the transmission of this virus to our team members and patients. Your safety is our primary concern when you attend our office for dental care.

Even with vaccinations we will still need to remain vigilant and wear a face covering / mask, wash our hands , maintain social distancing and keep our personal contacts with other folk to the bare minimum during this Covid viral surge period which will pass in the next few weeks.

We will continue to prioritise the safety of our patients and implement the necessary safeguards.

In the event that you are having a dental emergency please text 0830837679 with your name and contact details and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
